He strives for patient-centered care dedicated to helping individuals return to the activities that matter most to them. Dr. Jones believes that effective physical therapy begins by listening. His approach combines clinical reasoning, progressive exercise, education, and self management strategies to help patients build confidence that lasts beyond the clinic.

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, my approach to rehabilitation focuses on identifying and addressing the underlying movement dysfunctions that can contribute to pain, weakness, instability, and limitations in everyday function. I have a particular interest in spinal and pelvic dysfunction, using muscle energy techniques and other hands-on strategies to improve mobility, restore more efficient alignment, and help normalize movement.

A major component of my treatment philosophy is neuromuscular re-education. Rather than focusing only on where a patient hurts, I work to improve how the body moves as an integrated system. This includes restoring proper core stabilization, improving coordination between the trunk and extremities, and retraining the nervous system to recognize and reinforce more efficient movement patterns.

Patient education is central to everything I do. I believe patients achieve better long-term outcomes when they understand why a dysfunction is occurring, how their movement habits may be contributing to it, and what they can do to take an active role in their recovery. Treatment therefore includes extensive education regarding posture, body mechanics, joint positioning, lifting strategies, exercise technique, and the biomechanics of everyday activities.

My goal is to move patients beyond temporary symptom relief and toward lasting functional improvement. Treatment progresses from restoring mobility and proper neuromuscular control to strengthening and reinforcing those improvements through functional movement. Exercises are selected and progressed to help the body maintain better mechanics during walking, lifting, reaching, working, exercising, and other activities of daily living.

By combining manual techniques, muscle energy techniques, neuromuscular re-education, core stabilization, corrective exercise, and detailed patient education, I strive to help each patient develop the mobility, stability, strength, and movement awareness needed to function more efficiently and confidently in everyday life.
