Full-Time Physical Therapist

Join our team of physical therapists in Salisbury, Maryland. You’ll provide hands-on, individualized care to a diverse patient population, with the clinical autonomy to treat each patient the way they need.

Position Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat a variety of orthopedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals
  • Provide hands-on manual therapy and therapeutic interventions
  • Progress patients through exercise, neuromuscular re-education, balance training, and functional activities
  • Educate patients and families
  • Monitor progress and modify plans
  • Communicate with patients, physicians, and healthcare professionals
  • Provide compassionate, patient-centered care

Qualifications

  • DPT degree from an accredited program
  • Current Maryland PT license or eligibility
  • Strong clinical reasoning & communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal & patient-care skills
  • Ability to work independently & contribute to a collaborative team
  • New graduates and experienced PTs are encouraged to apply
