Incontinence & Pelvic Floor Therapy in Salisbury, MD

Pelvic floor rehab with biofeedback to regain bladder and bowel control.

Incontinence is common, but it isn’t something you have to live with. We offer comprehensive physical therapy for urinary and fecal incontinence, including biofeedback.

Our therapists use biofeedback technology to give you real-time feedback on how your pelvic floor muscles are working. With a personalized treatment plan, we address the underlying causes and guide you through targeted exercises to strengthen and coordinate these muscles.

Regain control, improve bladder and bowel function, and enhance your quality of life with private, compassionate care from a team that understands.

We help with

  • Leaking with coughing, sneezing, or exercise (stress incontinence)
  • Urgency and frequent urination
  • Bowel control problems
  • Pregnancy and postpartum pelvic floor recovery
  • Pelvic floor weakness after surgery

“Tanya models exactly what patient-centered care should look like. I have had the honor to be a student under Tanya and am constantly amazed by her innovative, individualized, and effective therapy interventions. All of Tanya’s patients would testify to her effectiveness in treatment. I am currently a student of physical therapy and if I become even 1/2 the clinician that Tanya, is I would consider myself to be a success.”
